my new plan:
exercise 1 hour on stairmaster burning at least 600-800 calories
do circuit training 4-5x per week, 3 sets of 15 reps on all machines
8 minute abs whenever free time

breakfast:
apple
diet rockstar

lunch:
salad, cucumbers, raw mushrooms, raw broccolli, drizzle of lite italian dressing, about 1 cup of beans

snack:
apple

dinner:
same as lunch

snack:
apple


should i lose weight?
